i found the staff supportive. the hotel had a very central location. it was within walking distance to main sights and metro station. the room was quiet.
The tv wasn't a smart tv. it only showed local channels. a fan was missing in the bathroom. This was a small inconvenience. i did not like this.

The rooms were neatly arranged with clean bedding. i found good amenities in the room. the location is central so we walked to many sights. It was fantastic. we found no fan in the bathroom, and the tv offered only local channels, it wasn't a smart tv.
It is advertised the hotel has a sauna. reservations are required one hour in advance, it is deceiving.

breakfast was good, providing an excellent buffet. coffee was also available. the room was quiet and reasonably sized, with modern facilities. i found the staff to be friendly, and helpful.

The location is excellent, near the opera house. it is close to the metro, too. i appreciated the bars, restaurants, and cafes close by. Lots of them. the palace is also very close.
